1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you access this website or engage ZoneDig for services. A signed proposal or service agreement may add project-specific terms and will take priority where it differs.

2. Proposals and payment

Project scope, timing, fees, and payment milestones are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, and the accuracy and legality of materials they provide. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery dates.

4. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the applicable proposal. ZoneDig retains ownership of pre-existing tools, processes, and reusable know-how.

5. Liability

Services are provided with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.
